BuildIT was built by recruiters who got tired of mass-blast agency culture. We work with a small number of clients at a time, retained, and obsess about the fit. Most of our roles never make it to a job board.

We don't spray CVs. A shortlist is a shortlist — usually 3 to 5 calibrated candidates.
